Vasculitis:

Inflammation of the wall of the blood vessels in the body which 
may then lead to changes in the flow of blood to various organs 
with resultant tissue damage. Inflammation of blood vessels 
leading to lesions leading to lesions on the skin, mucous 
membranes.
